Before you book.
Do I have to stay home for the entire cleaning?
No. Many people, realtors especially, leave the keys somewhere for our technician along with lock up instructions. It is better if you can be there for the walk through at the end, since that is when the technician can show you the work.
How long will it take to dry?
The carpet should be dry no later than the following morning, and carpets that were not heavily soiled need less moisture so some are dry in under six hours. You can walk on it barefoot as soon as we finish. Leave fans on with the windows open, or run fans with the AC on and windows closed.
Can you guarantee stain removal?
On most pet, liquid, and colorful stains we have an 80% success rate. We cannot promise a brand new carpet appearance, because time, sunlight, heat, and products already used on the spot all affect how tightly the substance has bonded to the fiber.
What should I know about your pricing?
We do not compete with cheaper companies on price. A budget company has to leave something out of your service to reach that number. We compete on the result, so our technicians are well paid and we keep investing in training and current equipment.
What training does your team have?
We were trained by a 19 year certified IICRC carpet and upholstery restoration technician, and we hold the green cleaning certification from the Carpet and Rug Institute, earned in 2016. Every technician has a minimum of five years experience.
